SOLD OUT - 2021 Rosé

The Burg Wine Co. is proud to release our inaugural wine: The 2021 Texas Hill Country Rosé.

 This wine was made using the saignée method, a style of rosé production in which you “bleed off” juice from crushed red grapes and ferment the juice separately. This wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel for seven months.

 Made from 54% Grenache from Uplift Vineyard outside of Kingsland, TX and 46% Mourvèdre from Veraison Hills Vineyard in Pontotoc, TX.
