2021 Vin Rouge

The Burg Wine Co. is proud to release our first red wine: The 2021 Texas Hill Country Vin Rouge.

 The 2021 Vin Rouge was fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak for 16 months. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered. 

 Made from 52% Grenache from Uplift Vineyard outside of Kingsland, TX and 48% Mourvèdre from Veraison Hills Vineyard in Pontotoc, TX.
