The 2022 Vin Rouge was fermented with native yeasts and aged in neutral oak for 18 months. It was bottled unfined and unfiltered.
A single vineyard blend of Grenache and Mourvèdre from Uplift Vineyard. Uplift is located just outside of Kingsland, TX in the proposed Llano Uplift AVA.
