Tate Gregory and Remi Immler began their journey in the Texas wine industry in 2019. They met while working together at William Chris Vineyards and launched The Burg Wine Co. during the harvest of 2021. The name of their project is derived from Tate’s hometown of Petersburg, TX and their current home of Fredericksburg, TX. Remi currently works as the Winemaker for Becker Vineyards. Tate is the Director of Vineyards for William Chris Wine Co.
